We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork. All artworks are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7 working days, while international deliveries can take up to 14–21 days depending on customs and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. For oversized or fragile pieces, additional handling charges may apply. Free shipping may be available for certain locations or during promotional periods.
We also offer local pickup at our gallery upon request. Please contact us to schedule a time.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the damage to assist with claims and expedite a resolution.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
Custom and Commissioned Work
Please note that custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, except in the case of damage during delivery. Due to the personalized nature of these works, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
